Traditional art are produced from an specific area
people or from an indigenous culture. These people
don’t go through any academic course to get trained.
They simply use and implement traditional style
and techniques of their region and culture. These
traditional art are characterised by their native style
and form. Generally, cloth, wood, paper, clay, metal
are used for their artwork.
These traditional art are often referred as folk art.
It refers to the art of the common people, living in a
specific society, culture, geographical area. They try
to express themselves by the means that are just
available in their surrounding and which are within
their reach.
